Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maypole Lane is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If for any reason you have not received this, please contact us at hello@maypolelane.com.
Please review your delivery details and ensure they are correct. Maypole Lane is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in delivery details provided at the time of order. If an order is returned due to incorrect delivery details, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@maypolelane.com as we will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time period has passed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs for faulty products only.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@maypolelane.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
All of our parcels are sent via a 3rd party registered courier service to ensure prompt and convenient delivery and all parcels are fully insured and tracked. While we try to ensure that all parcels are delivered within the specified time frame, Maypole Lane can not be held responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions or other courier/technical related issues outside of our control.
